Our proprietary software, Education Powered by Innovative Concepts (EPIC), is a customized, flexible and easily scalable core guaranty system of record, offered as software as a service (SaaS). More about our SaaS solution:

• Our system meets all regulatory requirements and all NIST 800-53 standards, which is the basis for the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
• Our system infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is built for scalability in a highly secure and continuously available environment.
• Our infrastructure supports nearly 70 percent of active commercial FFELP loans.
• Access to the system is available via the Internet and is intuitive to use, with role-based access controls for its users.
• The system is updated on a regular basis to support regulatory changes and business efficiencies.
• Our line of business application, EPIC, is integrated with an imaging software package for ease of document retrieval directly within the application.
