The College Place–Connecticut
TCP-Connecticut, launched in 2010, is located in Hartford, Connecticut.
Jess Odlum is the director of The College Place—Connecticut. She has 25 years of experience in education, most recently focused on college access. She is enthusiastic about guiding students and their families through the college application process and helping them find ways to make college more affordable beyond scholarships. Jess is a certified School Counselor and holds a BS from Mount Saint Mary's University in Maryland, and graduate degrees from Marymount University in Virginia and The Graduate Institute in Connecticut.
