TCP-Northern Minnesota, launched in 2024, is located in Bemidji, Minnesota.
Mandy Schram is the director of the College Place-Northern Minnesota. She has more than 18 years of experience helping students enroll and persist in higher education. She holds a BS from Bemidji State University and an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. In her work at The College Place, she enjoys empowering students to pursue their educational aspirations with confidence.
