Supporting Schools
ECMC provides support for the administration of the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) as a student loan guaranty agency. Included in this section is information and links to the services ECMC delivers to schools that have students with ECMC-guaranteed student loans.
Default Aversion Reports
Default aversion reports are available in electronic form only. To sign up, please contact ECMC Customer Service by emailing customerservice@ecmc.org.
Be sure to include your school OPEID, school name, contact person and email address.
Online Portfolio Management Tool
Our online tools help you track delinquent FFELP borrowers and prevent default.
Online reports and file transfer—Transfer files and view reports through this secure web-based tool.
ECMC Direct—This gives you direct access to loans on ECMC's guarantee system. You can update loan information and process refunds—all in real time.
