Project Success
Project Success is a program designed by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) to support Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) and is aimed at strengthening student outcomes and institutional performance at select MSIs. Launched as a pilot in November 2016, Project Success was extended on November 1, 2019, for three years, ending on September 30, 2022. The program pairs guaranty agencies (GAs) with assigned MSIs to help institutions identify student risk factors affecting graduation, persistence, cohort default rates and institutional capacity.
